As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting communities across South Africa, the WSB Cares Blanket Drivecontinued this month with a heartwarming outreach in Klipgat. The WSB We Care team, in collaboration with the Sisters of Mother Teresa, visited the Saint Martin de Porres Church to deliver essential winter relief to those who need it most.
In the face of chilly winter conditions, the initiative brought much-needed comfort to over 120 vulnerable children and adults, offering not only warm blankets but also a wholesome hot meal, joyful moments, and plenty of smiles.
Giving Back with Heart
The event was more than just a donation drop-off — it was a celebration of community spirit and dignity. Attendees were treated to a nourishing beef stew, lovingly served by the WSB team, who took the time to sit and share the meal with the community.
To add an extra touch of care, each child received a WSB Cares beanie to keep them warm and a festive party pack to take home, filled with goodies to brighten their day.
