Making a Difference, One Blanket at a Time
In celebration of Mandela Day 2025, World Sports Betting proudly partnered with AirFM and local non-profit organisation 2HO (To Help Others) to support their Winter Blanket Drive – delivering warmth, dignity, and hope to those in need during the coldest time of year.
This heartfelt initiative saw WSB donate 100 blankets and 100 beanies, helping ensure that vulnerable families and individuals in Cape Town have a little extra warmth this winter.
A Local Hero Inspiring Global Impact
2HO, short for “To Help Others”, is the brainchild of Chantelle, a passionate community member who saw the everyday struggles of her neighbours and decided to take action. What started in 2019 as a humble Facebook group has grown into a 1,300-strong community of givers – with members extending beyond South African borders to the UK and Australia.
Their mission is simple but powerful: “To help others” – whether through long-term support or once-off relief efforts like feeding schemes, clothing drives, or winter initiatives such as this one.

As part of our ongoing Corporate Social Investment (CSI) efforts, WSB believes in the power of giving back – not just on Mandela Day, but throughout the year. Supporting grassroots organisations like 2HO allows us to make a real, tangible impact in communities like Richwood, Bothasig and Burgundy Estate, where help is needed most.
By joining hands with AirFM, 2HO, and their dedicated team of volunteers, we helped turn compassion into action — honouring Nelson Mandela’s legacy of kindness, service, and unity.
