Known for their commitment to animal welfare, World Sports Betting devoted a day to spending time with furry friends at Happy Yappers in Magaliesburg.
They spent the whole day at the Happy Yappers facility, engaging with dogs of all ages, from newborns to seniors.
Happy Yappers, a non-profit organization, focuses on rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding homes for dogs in need. Based in Johannesburg, their foster families play a
crucial role by offering temporary care in a nurturing environment before the dogs are adopted. This temporary care helps assess the dogs’ personalities, preferences,
and behaviors, facilitating successful matches with forever homes.
Marketing Manager Charlotte Archer reflected on the experience, stating, “It’s been a special day. Happy Yappers are doing a fantastic job caring for these dogs—they are all in
amazing condition. As a passionate animal lover, I believe that kindness towards animals enriches us all.”
In addition to distributing orange jerseys for warmth, the team treated the dogs to snacks and transformed plain kennels with vibrant new paint designs.
The staff and volunteers who joined the event were thanked for their hard work and dedication with boerewors rolls and refreshments.
World Sports Betting also presented a donation cheque to Happy Yappers, underscoring their commitment to animal welfare and adoption awareness.
