One of the standout moments came when none other than Cassper Nyovest finished as runner-up, securing a prize of R50,000 – which he generously pledged to the Legae Child Care Centre in Mahikeng, a cause he holds close to his heart.
WSB Cares was incredibly proud to join Cassper on a heartfelt visit to the Centre to see exactly how this donation will help make a difference in the lives of hundreds of vulnerable children. The kids were treated to snack packs from the WSB Cares team – though it’s safe to say that Cassper himself was the real treat, bringing joy, laughter, and plenty of excitement to the day.
About Legae Child Care Centre
Located in Mahikeng, North West, Legae Child Care Centre is a registered non-profit organisation and drop-in centre that provides essential support to more than 250 children every single day. These are children facing some of the toughest challenges in our society – from orphans and the homeless to those living in extreme poverty or at risk.
Legae’s mission is to restore hope, dignity and self-worth by providing:

- Clean clothing
- Educational support
- Help getting off the streets and back into school
